The job is located in Sagemcom US subsidiary, in Dallas which handles North American business (USA & Canada)
Sagemcom USA is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. The job consists in managing the ordering and delivery flow for our customers in North America, in respect of the costs, quality and timing defined targets.
Responsabilities:
- Monitor and track the logistic flows from our industrial centers overseas to our US customers
- Input and maintain the demand requests from customers
- Manage and oversee the customer relationships on all supply chain related topics.
- Interaction with customers, freight/forwarders companies, French HQ and Asian manufacturers
- Tracking of POs and products deliveries; Preparation of invoicing
- Put in place the relevant KPIs to track performance and maintain customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree ideally complemented with a specialty on Supply Chain
- Literacy with Windows Office (Word; Excel…)
- Knowledge or past experience on ERPs. (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of logistic flows, customs clearance processes
- Good communication skills to interface with customers and internal stakeholder
