Job description

In order to reinforce the ability of Sagemcom Dallas to lead projects developed in our R&D centers and factory in Asia, we are creating a new position of hardware manager.

Main Missions
o Review hardware architectures and designs
o Follow project progress and make sure it will meet the agreed project milestones
o Coordinate issue resolution between the development centers, competence center and management
o Coordinate production preparation between development centers and factories (NPI)
o Implement running changes (qualification and NPI)
o Implement product variants based on customers' input

Job requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical engineering and communication systems
Minimum 3 years' experience in electronic design and testing of communication devices.
Understanding of Broadband (DSL, Docsis, PON, …) and Wireless technologies (RF).
Experience in electronic qualification and measurements.
Experience in manufacturing.
Native Mandarin spoken and written.
Flexibility to work across time zones.
