Job description

Relationship sales role responsible for establishing and maintaining positive professional customer relationships within target UK Telecommunications operator accounts on behalf of Sagemcom. The objective is to secure long-term retention of profitable business, and acquisition of new business through winning new projects in existing and new accounts. Representing both Broadband Solutions (BBS) & Audio Video Solutions (AVS) Business Units.

" Identify and address key stake holder groups within target accounts.
" Proactively propose value added solutions prior and during formal RFx cycle to positively influence individuals towards Sagemcom's capabilities prior and during the formal buying cycle. Develop value propositions to meet customer expectations, requirements, and specifications.
" Provide / maintain high level project oversight in development phase of ongoing projects, act as point of project escalation, avoid LDs in development phases.
" Negotiate new contracts and new Contract Amendments, etc.
" Manage to the In-Life SLAs and avoid Performance Payments
" Manage Change Requests for add on projects and profit, creating greater retention
" Ensure customer forecasts are provided on time, and ensure customers adhere to their terms, minimise any EOL component excesses.
" Help to resolve invoicing and late payment issues
" Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports to the HQ Business Units

Job requirements

Business and technical qualifications requested for the role. Proven track record in Sales.

A tenacious self-starter with the ability to prioritize and resolve short term tactical issues while maintaining focus on medium and long terms goals. Gravitas to operate at multiple levels within accounts. Good negotiation skills, and ability to operate in a HQ remote role in a multi-cultural organization.

Mandatory to have selling experience in UK operator accounts with positive track record of sales development. Desirable to have sector specific knowledge of Sagemcom's Broadband and Set Top Boxes segments.
