Job description

- Implement corporate social responsibility assessment (CSR) for suppliers (documentary audits)
- Identify gap in CSR requirements implementation at supplier
- Escalade CSR supplier issues to Sagemcom Management (Corporate CSR expert & Quality Director)
- Pilot gap resolution plan with Sagemcom local and CSR Management
- Identify improvement opportunity relative to CSR
- Perform factory audits on the Health, Safety, Environment, Labor law compliance system,(On site checking, HR reporting checking, workers
interview)
- Complete audit and report as clients' requirements.
- Support the corrective action plan achieved in suppliers

Job requirements

- Experience in ethical audit / CSR audit
- Customer and service sense, Diplomatic
- Concrete, Rigorous, organization and curious sense
- Good stress management
- Good speaking, reading and writing English.

Speaking Indonesian is a plus.
