Job description

The field support engineer is the primary technical resources for the field sales force, and for our customer: Netz NÖ, a telecom operator in Austria. As part of the sales and support teams, the Field Support Engineer will be in a customer facing role analyzing customer requirements and aligning complex CPE hardware and software solutions to meet those requirements. This requires presentation of detailed product and technical knowledge to the customer and imparting a deep understanding of customer's technical requirements to internal teams.

The position will be based in Vienna and St Polten in customer premises to manage local support N1in front of Netz NÖ customer.

Responsibilities Include:

o Subject matter expert on Sagemcom Broadband product offerings for all customer facing technical activities through pre-sales and post-sales, including on-site support of customer certification testing
o Ownership of customer issues from reporting to resolution, including lab replication and validation of fixes
o Documentation and clear communication of customer and project requirements to internal Product and Development teams
o Provide pre-sales support including demos, lab evaluations, presentations
o Build and maintain good relations with customers

Job requirements

o Must have an expertise on IT system (whatever the domain) and motivated by customer relationship
o Must have relationship facilities and IT technical background
o 3 years of experience
