Concerned Data: Sagemcom may, for professional use only, collect and process personal data such as name, surname, address, email address, mobile and fix phone number and any data indicated by a visitor of Sagemcom’s websites (“the Concerned Data”).
Processes of data: Sagemcom may process the Concerned Data for the following purposes (“the Purposes”):
- Fulfilment of Sagemcom’s obligations and rights with each customer or supplier;

Internet Data Protection
Sagemcom informs visitors to the site sagemcom.com (hereinafter the “Site”) that it processes personal data via its website for the following main reasons:
- management of the Site;
- statistical analysis of Site usage;
- management and follow-up of contacts with visitors; - after-sales service;
- market research.
Fields identified by an asterisk on forms present on the Site are mandatory. Failure to answer these questions may affect the processing of the request or render it impossible.
Subcontractors: Sagemcom, acting as data controller, may request some service providers, acting as data processor, to collect and process Concerned Data for the Purposes on its behalf. In such a case, Sagemcom requires its subcontractors to comply with the GDPR and puts in place mechanisms to warrant the same level of protection of the Concerned Data by its subcontractors.
Access to Data: Sagemcom allows the data subject to access to their personal data and to request the rectification of inaccurate data, the erasure or restriction of process of the Concerned Data in accordance with the GDPR, or the portability of the Concerned Data. Furthermore, the data subject may file a claim before the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés) as the supervisory authority.

When someone visits the site www.sagemcom.com, Sagemcom installs cookies on the hard disk of the visitor’s computer.
Cookies are data used by a web server to send status information to a user’s browser, and for the browser to send back status information to the original web server.
The status information may for example be a session login, a language, an expiry date, a response domain, etc.
This status information may be stored by the browser in various ways (a separate text file per cookie, a single file containing all cookies, possibility to encrypt this single file, etc.) or not stored at all: it depends on the type of browser, its version, configuration, etc.

With Internet Explorer 9, to refuse all cookies or some of them depending on their nature, you should go to “tools”, click on internet options, then on the confidentiality tab and select the confidentiality parameter “advanced”. To forbid cookies, you should check “ignore” automatic management of cookies and select “refuse”. If you want to choose whether to accept or refuse on a case by case basis, select the option “ask”. However, deactivating cookies may prevent some functions of the Site from working properly.
