Nexa is an application of WAN backup when your gateway’s WAN primary connection goes down.

• Wi-Fi network name (SSID) of your mobile hotspot
• The password associated with this hotspot.

This information is required for the application to function. Without it, the app cannot operate properly.

• To transmit the SSID and password to a gateway in order to establish a necessary network connection.
• The app does not use this data for any other purposes.

3. Transmission and Storage by a gateway

The SSID and password you enter are:

• Transmitted directly from your device to the gateway, that allows the configuration of the network.

The application serves only as a technical intermediary to facilitate this transfer.

4. Data Security

Appropriate technical measures to ensure the secure transmission of your data, including:

• Encryption of the data during transmission
• No local or remote storage of the SSID or password by our app or on our servers.

5. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access, correct, or delete your data
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the exercise of certain rights under data protection laws, such as the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, or the right to object to processing, may impact the functionality and performance of the Application.
